Service Delivery Policy

Digital services only

TecSolus LLC provides professional IT services: software and SaaS development, APIs and integrations, cloud services, IT management, data security, AI integration, analytics, IT strategy and SEO. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping fees or shipping times apply.

Where we deliver

We deliver services remotely to clients across the United States and worldwide, except where prohibited by law, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

How services are delivered

• Software and websites: source code is delivered through a code repository (such as GitHub or Azure DevOps) and deployed to your hosting or cloud account, or to a staging environment for your review.
• Documents and reports: strategy documents, audits, security reports and analytics are delivered by email or through a shared folder.
• Ongoing services: maintenance, monitoring, IT management and SEO work are performed continuously during your monthly plan, with a written summary of work each month.
• Meetings and consulting: held online by video call at times agreed with you.

Timelines

Each quote and Service Agreement states the start date, milestones and expected delivery dates. As a guide, a marketing website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks and a first version of a web or mobile app usually takes 6 to 12 weeks. We usually start new projects within 5 to 10 business days of the signed agreement and first payment. You receive progress updates and demos throughout the project.

Delays

If a delivery date is at risk, we tell you as soon as we know and agree a new date with you. Delays caused by late feedback, missing content or access, or changes in scope may move the timeline. If we cannot deliver at all, you are entitled to a refund as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Review & acceptance

When we deliver a milestone, you have 5 business days to review it and either accept it or tell us what does not match the agreed scope. We fix anything that does not meet the agreed scope at no extra cost. If we do not hear from you within that period, the milestone is considered accepted.

Ownership & access

Once the related invoices are paid, ownership of the deliverables transfers to you as set out in the Service Agreement, and we hand over all source code, credentials and documentation for the work.
